How to Make Your Vegan Yogurt:
- Heat 1 liter of plant-based milk to 176°F (80°C) to eliminate any foreign bacteria
- If using pasteurized, UHT or plant milk, only heat to 108°F (42°C)
- Pour milk into a container and cool to about 108°F (42°C)
- Important: Make sure the container has a tight lid
- Open the ATMALIFE culture sachet, pour into milk, mix well, and close tightly
- Let ferment for up to 16 hours at around 108°F (42°C)
- Wait until it reaches desired thick consistency (check after 12 hours)
- If yogurt hasn't formed yet, continue heating and leave for a few more hours
- Use a yogurt maker, warm water bath, or wrap in a blanket to maintain temperature
- Avoid shaking the container during fermentation!
